A Space for Women’s Wellbeing in Bila Tserkva

Last weekend, women in Bila Tserkva gathered for “Me for Myself,” an inspiring event dedicated to health, self-care, and connection. Together, participants explored what it means to truly care for body and spirit during the unimaginable challenges of war.

Nutritionist Yuliia Nehriienko shared insights on healthy eating and its impact on hormones and mood. Psychologist Kateryna Dolya opened meaningful conversations about body image, sexuality, and emotional well-being. Rehabilitation specialist Alina Hrek led practical exercises to help women release tension and reconnect with their bodies.

The event reminded everyone that being “for yourself” is not a luxury, but a necessity. PKU is proud to support spaces where women can find strength, balance, and community during these difficult times.
