Opening Doors for Women Entrepreneurs in Ukraine

Project Kesher is proud to celebrate a new partnership between the Women’s Opportunity Fund and Convictus Ukraine, which recently signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to strengthen women’s entrepreneurship.

Convictus Ukraine implements the program “Dream. Act. Achieve.” for vulnerable groups of women, and this collaboration will provide participants with training, resources, mentorship, financial opportunities, and essential networking connections. Together, the two organizations are building a step-by-step roadmap for women’s business development in Ukraine, while working to prevent unemployment among women and expand their economic independence.

As part of the agreement, the Women’s Opportunity Fund will provide seed funding to selected graduates of “Dream. Act. Achieve.” in September 2025, while Convictus Ukraine will ensure grant recipients receive continued guidance and support as they launch their businesses.

“This partnership is about the power of unity—about opening more doors for women seeking their path in entrepreneurship,” said Vlada Nedak, founder of the Women’s Opportunity Fund. Yevheniia Kuvshynova, Executive Director of Convictus Ukraine, added: “When a woman fulfills her dream, it transforms not only her own life, but also the lives of her family and community.”

Together, these organizations are turning women’s dreams into success stories—and building a stronger, more resilient Ukraine.
