Uplifting Youth Voices at Molodvizh-2025

Viktoriia Kvashchuk, Social Media Manager of the Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine, joined ‘Molodvizh-2025: At the Intersection’ — Ukraine’s largest annual youth gathering, held in Lviv. With over 5,000 participants in recent years, the event unites young leaders, civil society, business, and government to discuss the country’s future.

Speaking at the event, Viktoriia highlighted key challenges facing Ukraine’s youth — from migration and labor market competition to health concerns, inclusivity, and the gender pay gap — emphasizing the importance of addressing these realities in building a more equitable future. She shared:
