Continued In-Person Opportunities Offer Israelis Connection and Education

During these uncertain times, Project Kesher Israel remains dedicated to convening its participants for meaningful opportunities. While carefully following Home Front Command guidelines to ensure the safety of the community, PKI is conducting in-person sessions whenever possible. These gatherings provide important opportunities and bring immense joy, offering participants the chance to connect with a support network that feels like family.

Last week, Sofia Axelrod, PKI’s women’s group coordinator in Ramat Gan, visited the PKI group in Jerusalem. She led an engaging session on midrashic stories, guiding participants on how to craft their own life stories through the lens of midrash. Many attendees found the session educational and therapeutic, sharing that the tools they learned are helping them navigate personal challenges.

In addition, the organization hosted a session in Dimona, focusing on how artificial intelligence can enhance professional skills and streamline work processes. The session was led by Rost Yishurin, a PKI partner from the organization HIAS. PKI plans to expand these career development opportunities across other regions, helping individuals stay competitive in the evolving job market.
