New Program Helps Ukrainian Healthcare Workers Master English Language for Clinical Use

Project Kesher Ukraine has launched a free, specialized English-language learning program for Ukrainian women in the healthcare field. Designed to help participants master English-language medical terminology, the program seeks to broaden Ukrainian clinicians’ career horizons and empower them to shape the global future of healthcare through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Offered through the WOnder School, part of the Women’s Opportunities Fund of Ukraine, the program is being led by Anna Shamayeva. A highly experienced educator, Anna brings 16 years of teaching experience, eight of which she spent working with physicians. She also co-authored a successful medical English-language course, which has been completed by more than 300 students.
