FemParty in Kryvyi Rih Sparks Honest Dialogue on Leadership and Gender
In early March, the Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine brought residents of Kryvyi Rih together for FemParty—a dynamic, talk-show style event exploring leadership, gender stereotypes, and everyday roles. Blending humor, personal storytelling, and open conversation, the event created space for honest dialogue rather than formal debate.
Two panel discussions featured women and men reflecting on shared professional experiences and examining how gender stereotypes shape opportunities and challenges. Participants explored ways to overcome barriers and build more inclusive, supportive professional communities.
A highlight of the evening was a stand-up performance by Vlada Nedak, who used humor and personal insight to unpack the complexities of leadership and societal expectations.
Rather than offering simple answers, FemParty invited participants to listen, reflect, and engage—fostering a more open and collaborative conversation about leadership beyond gender.
