Mother-Daughter Seminar in Poltava Builds Dialogue and Connection
PKU, in partnership with the Or Shalom Psychological Support Center, hosted a Mother-Daughter seminar in Poltava, bringing together ten pairs of mothers and daughters (ages 12–14) from Poltava, Myrhorod, and Kobeliaky for a day of learning, reflection, and connection.
The program created a safe and supportive environment for open conversation. Participants joined a workshop on communication and setting healthy boundaries, a practical lecture on skincare for teens and their mothers, and a creative activity titled “Hamsa: Hands That Protect,” where families reflected on the day’s emotions through art.
The seminar offered a meaningful space for mothers and daughters to listen to one another, strengthen their relationships, and build mutual understanding.
