WOF-UA Launches ‘FemAgro 2.0.’ to Support Women in Agribusiness Processing

The Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine (WOF-UA) has announced the launch of a new educational and grant program designed to support women-led microbusinesses in agricultural processing across Ukraine. In 2026, the program will focus on value-added processing, offering grants of up to $3,500 to 10 entrepreneurs.

The program is open to women working with plant-based products, including juices, preserves, sauces, jams, frozen foods, and other artisanal goods. FemAgro 2.0 combines online education, mentoring and expert support, business project pitching, and grant funding to help participants modernize production, strengthen food safety practices, and access new markets.

Priority will be given to entrepreneurs who use local raw materials, have clear growth plans and multiple sales channels, are ready to implement food safety standards, and can provide at least 50% co-financing. Applications are open February 2–28, 2026, with grant disbursement planned for May 2026.
