Women’s Opportunity Fund Honored at “Charitable Dnipro Region” Awards

In August, Dnipro hosted the first-ever award ceremony for charities operating in the region. The Dnipropetrovsk region submitted an impressive 113 applications to the national competition ‘Charitable Ukraine 2024,’ ranking among the highest participation rates in the country. Out of all applicants, The Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine was named a winner in the category “Philanthropy in the Social Sphere.”

In 2024, WOF-UA received a $1.5 million grant from The Jewish Federations of North America to strengthen women-led businesses, support humanitarian initiatives, and advance the civic sector in Ukraine.
