Project Kesher Welcomes 5 New Members to our Board of Directors
Over the summer, Project Kesher welcomed 5 exemplary individuals to our Board of Directors, expanding and strengthening our leadership. These individuals include:
Laurie Baskin, a philanthropist and advocate with deep roots in the Chicago Jewish community who has supported Project Kesher along with other organizations dedicated to Jewish and feminist causes.
Allison Byers, a trailblazer in the realm of equitable capital distribution & the founder of Scroobious, a tech company changing the startup landscape by fostering diversity through widespread connections among founders, investors, and service providers via scalable online education, community, and data-driven curation.
Rabbi Lisa S. Greene, who has served the North Shore Congregation Israel in Glencoe, Illinois since 1999, and been a champion of Project Kesher for nearly two decades, having travelled to teach on behalf of Project Kesher, and having introduced us to many of our fabulous board members.
Joan A. Kuriansky, a returning board member and celebrated advocate for women’s rights who continues to support Project Kesher with her executive-level nonprofit and consulting experience on behalf of Presidential councils, NGOs and other groups.
Lesley Weiss, the Deputy Director of the National Coalition Supporting Eurasian Jewry (NCSEJ), a seasoned strategist, fundraiser and Presidential appointee to several commissions who leads and contributes to initiatives at the highest levels of domestic and international affairs.
