Launching Second Cohort of Wartime Jewish Leadership Program in Ukraine

Project Kesher Ukraine has launched the second cohort of its educational program, Jewish Women Leaders: The Next Generation, which empowers women to take on leadership roles within Jewish communities and organizations across the country. Participants will delve into Jewish tradition, sharpen leadership skills and develop community-based initiatives—all while forming a powerful network of support. The program begins with a Leadership Retreat in Lviv in July, followed by regular sessions and mentorship starting in September.

The launch comes shortly after the first cohort’s graduation on May 28, during which select participants received scholarships for future educational opportunities. As a mark of the program’s lasting impact, these graduates will now step into mentorship roles for the incoming cohort, ensuring a cycle of sustainable growth and impact. This work is supported by UJA NY.
