WOnder School Hosts Educational English-Language Movie Screening in Kyiv

The team of WOnder School, an English-language learning community for women supported by WOF-UA, recently hosted a free screening of Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy in central Kyiv. The event welcomed around 20 participants, including current students, alumnae and newcomers and was designed to foster both language development and community connection.

Before the film, attendees were introduced to the mission of WOnder School and the Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine. The screening was followed by a lively group discussion and a playful Kahoot quiz that ended the evening on a much-needed high note amidst the ongoing war.
