Meet Yuliia Minakova-Lieivikova, Physical Rehabilitation Specialist at Project Kesher Ukraine
As a yoga instructor and physical rehabilitation specialist with Project Kesher Ukraine, Yuliia Minakova-Lieivikova brings a deep passion for movement, healing and women’s wellness to her work. Born in Kyiv and educated at a Chabad Jewish school, Yuliia quickly realized her strength lay in working with people—teaching English, leading camps and organizing Jewish community programs. At 24, she decided to complete a yoga teacher training course, which led her to further study in pilates, women’s wellness and, ultimately, physical rehabilitation.
At Project Kesher Ukraine, Yuliia leads twice-weekly online yoga classes tailored to the needs of pregnant and postpartum women. Recently, she expanded her focus to include women above the age of 50, reflecting the organization's commitment to accessible, inclusive support for women at every stage of life.
Now based in Odesa with her husband, daughter Ester and their Jack Russell terrier, Yuliia continues to embody the values of Project Kesher. Whether on the mat or in her community, she supports women in building strength, resilience and balance.
