Meet Project Kesher Ukraine’s Valeriya Ryasna, Manager of Project Control and Management Activities

Valeriya Ryasna serves as the Manager of Project Control and Management Activities at Project Kesher Ukraine (PKU), a role she has held since April 2024. Since joining the organization, she has been profoundly inspired by the depth and beauty of Jewish traditions, culture and values. Her work centers on empowering women across the PKU network, helping them discover their place within the community and tap into opportunities for personal and professional growth. Valeriya sees the Jewish women’s community as a powerful force of unity, shared values and mutual support—an environment where lives are continuously inspired and transformed.

Outside of her core responsibilities, Valeriya channels her creativity through photography, using the lens not just to capture images but to tell stories and convey emotions. She also brings her talents to the digital space as the social media marketing manager for PKU CEO Vlada Nedak’s podcast, where she finds endless opportunities for creative expression and professional development. “I believe in the power of women and their ability to transform society and support one another,” Valeriya shares. “That’s why it’s important for me to be part of such projects and create spaces for collective growth.”
