Now Available: the WOF-UA 2024 Annual Report

Project Kesher Ukraine’s Women’s Opportunity Fund (WOF-UA) has released its 2024 Annual Report, highlighting a year of growth and impact amidst the horrors of war. Despite the turmoil and trauma of the ongoing conflict, WOF-UA continued to advance Ukrainian civil society and promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth through women’s empowerment, staying true to its more important objectives.

In 2024, WOF-UA strategically and purposefully allocated its funding, spending: $666,000 to support Ukrainian women and implement key social initiatives; more than $219,500 on grants supporting over 90 women-led businesses and covering business-related travel expenses; $44,000 on training programs for women via WOnder School; more than $293,000 on humanitarian projects; $224,000 on 188 e-bikes for Ukrainian paramedics and social workers: $34,000 on 19 generators for local communities, hospitals, educational institutes and women’s businesses: and $24,400 to rebuild Ukraine's largest children's hospital, Okhmatdyt, following a missile attack.
