Marching with Pride: Project Kesher Israel Leads the Way
This year, Project Kesher Israel’s (PKI’s) LGBTQ groups will play a prominent role in organizing the Pride Parade in Jerusalem in June. For the first time in the parade’s history, Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking immigrants and refugees in Israel will be officially represented as a distinct community. Their inclusion in this major event marks a significant milestone, amplifying their voices within the broader LGBTQ community and highlighting the diversity of Jerusalem’s vibrant social fabric.
At the start of the march, PKI will set up a dedicated information desk, featuring educational and leadership materials in multiple languages. This space will reflect their commitment to empowerment through knowledge and visibility.
