Jerusalem Women Explore the National Library of Israel

On October 16, the Jerusalem women’s group of Project Kesher Israel visited the National Library in Jerusalem for an inspiring tour led by rabbinical student and PKI Development Coordinator Michal Kireeva, who also works at the Central Archives for the History of the Jewish People. Participants learned about the library’s creation, explored its exhibitions, and even visited the automated archive housing over four million Hebrew books.

The group was deeply impressed by the wealth of cultural heritage preserved at the library — a meaningful experience that deepened participants’ connection to their new home and its history.
