Bringing the Project Kesher Mission to Washington, D.C.
As we travel the country as part of our post-benefit US tour, Project Kesher (PK) leaders have been holding meetings with influential leaders and advocates nationwide. Just this week, Project Kesher executives and Board members met in-person with the Embassy of Ukraine’s Deputy Chief of Mission Denys Sienik.
During the meeting, we outlined our impact in Ukraine, demonstrating how initiatives go beyond strengthening Jewish community but also advance civil society by investing in the development of women and children. PK Ukraine CEO Vlada Nedak emphasized the critical role of women’s leadership and empowerment in driving societal progress and highlighted PK’s commitment to assisting displaced Ukrainian women, which underscores a dedication to addressing urgent humanitarian needs amid ongoing challenges in the region.
The information conveyed during the meeting was met with tremendous enthusiasm and opens the door to future partnerships and meaningful collaborations with the Embassy and other entities.
