With its Partners, PKI Provides Essential Support to Refugees from Ukraine
Last Thursday, Project Kesher Israel (PKI) delivered vouchers to 42 refugees, predominantly women and children who have fled the conflict in Ukraine and currently reside in the Israeli community of Bat Yam. The vouchers—accepted at a variety of local food and clothing stores—will further ensure the individuals will be able to meet their most basic needs as they receive legal aid from The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), a long-time Project Kesher partner.
The collaboration between PKI and HIAS stands as a testament to the power of partnership in times of crisis and exemplifies Project Kesher’s collaborative model.
