Meet Project Kesher Ukraine’s Yuliya Kozak
Yuliya Kozak, Project Manager of Project Kesher’s Women’s Opportunity Fund (WOF-UA), recently completed a transformative training program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, one of Ukraine’s most prestigious institutions for leadership and professional development. The school, part of the historic Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with over 400 years of academic tradition, is dedicated to fostering leaders who are ready to drive change in themselves, their organizations and the world.
Yuliya participated in the specialized course Project Management for the Nonprofit Sector, designed to equip professionals with the tools to optimize project implementation within mission-driven organizations like Project Kesher.
Reflecting on the experience, Yuliya shared how the program deepened her understanding of project lifecycles, stakeholder engagement and risk management. Empowered with these skills, Yuliya is committed to enhancing the impact of the Women’s Opportunity Fund, ensuring its initiatives continue to support the well-being and advancement of Ukrainian women.
