Hromadske Podcast Update

Project Kesher Ukraine has released the first two episodes of their 24-episode podcast whose focus is women’s mental and reproductive health during war. The first episode featured how to cope with anxiety and panic attacks, now very common amongst Ukrainians, while mental health remains an unspoken struggle for most. The second episode covered the current crisis of water and food insecurity in Ukraine. At a time when water and sanitation infrastructure is suffering, this topic becomes very urgent, and the episode addressed the fear of a Cholera outbreak, the importance of boiling water, and provided resources for emergency support.  These two episodes serve to open the discourse around health and mental health during war, and build trust with listeners. Over the course of 24 episodes the podcast will delve in to deeper issues around women's bodies and choices, with the same compassion and sensitivity.
