A cohort of newly trained PK leaders between the ages of 14 and 18 have started to initiate new youth-led programs. Their first continuing program, the Project Kesher Youth English Speaking Club, provides an opportunity for young PK girls to learn English through the study of Jewish traditions, values, and leadership. The program itself is designed to fit the needs and interests of the girls, and enables them to get know each other, exchange ideas, and enjoy meaningful conversation.

Each lesson focuses on a different theme based on the Jewish calendar, incorporating Jewish culture and leadership training. Activities are conducted both in pairs and groups to inspire creativity. A sample lesson plan includes a discussion about Sukkot, an analysis of inspirational Jewish women leaders such as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and a grammar lesson.

Currently, there are two groups based on level of language proficiency, and each group meets twice a week. There are ten girls in the advanced level and eight in the beginner level. The Project Kesher Youth English Speaking Club started on October 1st and was initiated by young leaders Sonya Bronshtein and Asya Ershova.
