New Laptop, New Possibilities: Supporting Nadiia

The Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine recently provided a new laptop to 24-year-old Nadiia from the Lviv region, supporting her during a pivotal professional transition.

After working as a project manager at a charitable organization, Nadiia is now building a freelance career while launching her own business in financial consulting and education. When she left her previous role, she lost access to her work laptop—an essential tool for both income and continued learning.

Now living with her family in a rural area and facing increased financial strain, this support came at a critical moment. For Nadiia, the laptop is more than equipment—it is a pathway to continue her education, grow her business, and share financial literacy with others.

Purchasing this laptop was made possible through the generosity of students at the WOnder School language program who, like us, believe in the power of women’s economic independence and are proud to support women like Nadiia as they take confident steps forward.
