Women’s Opportunity Fund Releases 2025 Annual Report

The Women’s Opportunity Fund of Ukraine (WOF-UA) has released its 2025 Annual Report, highlighting a year of resilience, adaptation, and continued investment in women’s leadership and economic participation. Amid the ongoing realities of war, the fund remains focused on empowering women entrepreneurs and community leaders as key drivers of recovery and growth.

Throughout the year, WOF-UA supported women sustaining families, businesses, and communities—advancing energy independence, financial resilience, education, and opportunities for growth and market expansion. Despite immense challenges, including the destruction of physical businesses, women continued to rebuild and move forward, with some participants even entering export markets for the first time.

“This report is about belief in women and the power of collective effort,” said founder  & CEO Vlada Nedak. It underscores a central truth: even in uncertainty, Ukrainian women are leading with strength—shaping a more resilient economy and a stronger future for their communities.
