Delivering Laptops to Rising Women Leaders in Ukraine

As part of its revised Stay Online digital empowerment initiative, Project Kesher Ukraine’s Women’s Opportunity Fund (WOF-UA) has delivered laptops to its first cohort of rising women leaders. The organization intentionally selected women between the ages of 18 and 25 who come from vulnerable backgrounds and have been displaced or have lost family members because of the war. With new devices, these participants have the ability to continue their education and pursue professional goals as a key step toward building their futures, communities and country.

According to one recipient, Kseniia Sokolova, second-year chemistry student at Dnipro National University, “without a laptop, I’ve been limited in self-study, unable to join online hackathons, courses, practicums or process data for academic research. This laptop isn’t just a technical tool – it’s a real starting point for personal and professional growth.”

As a next step, Stay Online participants will enroll in AI-focused coursework through the Netpeak Group platform, helping them stay ahead of today’s disruptive technologies.
