Project Kesher Ukraine Hosts Tranquil Retreat in Rivne

In the city of Rivne, Project Kesher Ukraine (PKU) hosted a three-day retreat as part of its “Me for Myself” initiative. Bringing together 50 participants from 11 different cities, the event offered a rich blend of opportunities designed to help women reconnect with their inner selves. Highlights included outdoor yoga and candlelit meditations led by Yuliia Minakova; nutrition insights from Raisa Hetsilevych; and a “Women’s Check-Up” health session by Dr. Liliya Mineralova. Participants explored emotional expression through art therapy with Tetiana Voitaliuk and experienced deep relaxation through Alina Romashko’s sound therapy. Michal Stamova’s cultural tour grounded the retreat in the city’s Jewish past. And a Shabbat celebration rooted the event in individuals’ current expressions of faith and tradition.

Attendees departed the retreat replenished, with a renewed sense of wholeness, calm and connection.
