Empowering Women with ‘Me for Myself’ Wellness Event in Rivne
On January 26, in a cozy, art-filled room in Rivne, sheltered from the storm of war, women gathered for a day dedicated to healing and self-discovery through Project Kesher’s ‘Me for Myself’ program. With the theme “balance between body and mind is the key to a quality life,” the event featured art therapy, mental health discussions, yoga and sound therapy, offering participants new skills to manage stress.
A psychologist then led an intimate and insightful discussion on maintaining mental health and worked through hands-on exercises that sparked reflection and even subtle physical shifts in tension and mood. Each woman left with personalized techniques to practice at home—a small but powerful step toward sustained well-being.
Attendees expressed deep appreciation for the event’s impact, with one participant, Anna, calling it “mesmerizing” and praising the holistic combination of knowledge, creativity and physical restoration. Another attendee, Natalia, emphasized the cozy, supportive atmosphere and the valuable tools she gained for emotional resilience. Through initiatives like these, Project Kesher Ukraine continues to build stronger communities, promoting women’s empowerment.
