‘Me for Myself’ Project Empowers Women in Cherkasy and Vinnytsia

Project Kesher Ukraine continues to create safe, empowering spaces for women through its ‘Me for Myself’ initiative — a program focused on self-awareness, balance, and emotional well-being.

In Cherkasy, participants explored their personal roles and sources of strength with psychologist Olena Poltavets, learned about hormonal health from Alina Hrek, and practiced hormone stretch techniques with Vitalina Lohvynenko to restore ease and flexibility.

In Vinnytsia, the day offered nourishment and reflection: nutrition insights with Olha Ilchuk, grounding and meditation with Tetiana Kisilova, and resilience practices with psychologist Olena Lisovska.

Each gathering reminded participants that caring for oneself is not selfishness — it is an act of love that restores energy, clarity, and connection.
