Project Kesher Israel Welcomes 22 Immigrants to New Ulpan

Project Kesher Israel’s new in-person Jerusalem ulpan is now open, with 22 new individuals joining the organization’s Hebrew-language instruction program. The instructor is a native Hebrew speaker currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Hebrew linguistics.

Originally intended for launch in October, the ulpan’s creation was delayed due to the turmoil following the attack by Hamas. Six months later, the organization is delighted to help this new group begin their Hebrew-language journey, which will help the new immigrants to Israel build community, find employment and navigate the country’s bureaucracy—all key to living meaningful, productive and independent lives.
