Generators and Food for Kherson

As power outages continue across Ukraine, the Project Kesher Ukraine team has received numerous requests for generators for heat and electricity in newly liberated Kherson. In response, Project Kesher has placed orders for generators that will be set up in 45 institutions including 10 Jewish community centers, maternity wards and IDP camps for women and children. Many more are needed. Project Kesher is working with Ukraine Trust Chain to deliver to Kherson, $5,000 in food (30 tons) per week for the next 8 weeks, as the authorities work to stabilize the situation. The first stop in the food delivery will be the Kherson synagogue which is distributing food to 400 people per week.
