GirlSpace Coordinator Seminar
Project Kesher GirlSpace coordinators from 8 cities (Moscow, Volgograd, Samara, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Perm, Tula, and Tashkent) gathered for a training seminar in Moscow, where they gained important skills relevant to organizing events in their cities. The program included team building, Jewish education, creative thinking, and leadership training. They celebrated Shabbat with live music, candles, and flowers. The seminar included several speakers, including a psychologist who helped the girls open up, get to know themselves better, increase self-confidence, and explore the intricacies of working with groups from a psychological standpoint. It was an unforgettable three days that helped the GirlSpace coordinators become closer and gain invaluable experience and strong motivation for the development of their communities.
