Each year, the most promising 20 - 25
leaders from Project Kesher's network participate in a year-
long program of study and apprenticeship. The goals are to:
- deepen their knowledge of Judaism;
- learn the tools of activism;
- develop their group process skill; and
- create a new kind of Jewish leader in this region, capable
of uniting the community in activism.
Graduates of this program take on leadership roles in Jewish
life through Project Kesher or local Jewish institutions. In
their communities, they build a grassroots commitment to Jewish
life, pluralism and social activism.
